Ashley Apple is a clinical herbalist, yoga and meditation teacher, sexuality educator, intimacy coach and attachment system practitioner. She also happens to be a proud alumna of Capital Camps, having spent many formative summers as both a camper and staff member. For over 20 years she has studied human sexuality and traveled around the world studying different techniques for enhancing loving connection between couples. Her journey began in 1998 when she discovered and fell in love with holistic nutrition and superfood, herbal remedies. She created a line of herbal elixirs and began recording chocolate aphrodisiac recipes for her cookbook, The Kama Sutra Kitchen. She teaches retreats and workshops all over the world and is excited to come back to Capital to share her passion.
