Teams from our community and beyond will be competing for the title of the best BBQ brisket in the area. Come cheer them on and enjoy Kosher-eats, music, activities, and an all-around beautiful fall day in the mountains!
Event is Monday, October 13th. 11 a.m.*-2:00 p.m.**
*Arrive at 11:00 p.m. to participate in the People’s Choice Award (taste the team’s brisket and vote)
**Gates close at 2:00 p.m. to allow everyone to get home for sundown

Admission is Free*
Donations encouraged to help cover the costs of this nascent (and hopefully annual) event, with a portion going to support FIDF Legacy Camps scholarships
Participate in the People’s Choice Award
$10 (Early Bird-sign up ahead of time/ $20 at the gate) gets one individual tastes of the competing teams BBQ and a Vote to select the winner of the People’s Choice Award.
*As competing teams are not licensed eating establishments, tasting and consuming food produced by teams for purposes of the People’s Choice Award is strictly voluntary/at your own risk/and you agree to hold harmless and indemnify teams and Capital Camps and Retreat Center from any liabilities associated with consuming competing bbq at the event
*Kosher Food and activities for children and adults will be available for additional fees
