All retreats are different. People come to us for different purposes and goals and leave with different outcomes. But, there’s a typical pattern that any corporate retreat will follow. From start to finish there are basic phases you can find yourself in throughout your retreat planning process. The first is realizing you need to plan a retreat, then establishing your goals. Once you’ve made it, it’s time to enjoy, participate, take it all in and learn. After leaving it’s just as important to implement what you’ve learned, discuss it and plan to return.
